Project: Les Vagues, SM-12 Project

• Developed detailed 3D BIM Models and Shop Drawings for the project from LOD 200 to LOD 350.
• Created and maintained BIM models in accordance with approved design information and project requirements.
• Developed custom Revit Families based on approved material submittals and manufacturer specifications.
• Upgraded and coordinated the model to LOD 350, incorporating fabrication-level details and coordination requirements.
• Produced coordinated shop drawings to support construction and installation activities.
• Ensured model accuracy, quality control, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
