LOD 400 & LOD 500 | Scan to BIM
This project involved the development of a comprehensive Scan to BIM model for an existing university facility in Dubai, utilizing point cloud data to create highly accurate as-built BIM models at LOD 400 and LOD 500.
The scope focused on capturing and converting existing building conditions into intelligent BIM models to support facility management, renovation planning, asset documentation, and future operational requirements. Through advanced Scan to BIM workflows, the project delivered precise architectural, structural, and MEP representations aligned with the actual site conditions.
Our team processed and coordinated extensive point cloud data to develop detailed BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
